Department wise vacancies:

Management Trainee (Marketing) - 60,
Management Trainee (F&A) – 10,
Management Trainee (Law) - 04.

Educational Qualification:

Degree in the relevant subject (MCC/ MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM/ CA/ ICWA/ CMA/ LLB/ BL) with minimum 50% marks in the relevant subject following posts from a Government recognized University or Institute.

Age Limit :

Should have completed 18 years and not exceed 27 years as on October 31, 2023.
Relaxation in age limit is applicable for reservation category candidates as per government regulation read notification for details.

Selection Process:

Selection will be conducted on the basis of offline written test/ (Skill/ Trade) tests, examination of certificates.

Honorarium:

Selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.40,000 - 1,40,000 along with all kinds of Central Government allowances.

Place of posting:

Selected candidates will be posted in National Fertilizers Limited branches spread across the country.
Candidates should be willing to work anywhere in India.
