Desired Profiles :
1.)Upstream :
- Scheduling, planning, executing, monitoring and control of shift based manufacturing operations.
- Responsible for the Upstream operations for the manufacturing of cell culture processes & Inoculum Operations for the production of monoclonal antibodies.
- Experience in large scale bioreactors of biologicals for commercial and clinical requirements.
2.)Downstream :
- Scheduling, planning, executing, monitoring and control of shift based manufacturing operations.
- Responsible for the downstream operations for the purification of cell culture processes for the production of monoclonal antibodies.
- Experience in large scale purification of biologicals for commercial and clinical requirements.
3.)QMS :
- Overall QMS responsibility of manufacturing operations and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate SOPs, policies and guidelines for operations in manufacturing plant.
- Monitor performance metrics, draw conclusions, and make recommendations in the manufacturing review meeting (MRM) forum.
- Responsible for identification of repeat and overdue QMS events and ensure proper CAPA is in place to stop such events.
